（中央社華盛頓23日綜合外電報導）美國1名從事政權交接的高階官員指出，專事收購具獲利潛力的遇難企業而被視為「破產（企業）之王」的億萬投資大亨羅斯，是總統當選人川普的商務部長人選。
美聯社報導，這名官員未獲授權公開討論此事，並要求匿名。
「富比世」（Forbes）雜誌推估羅斯（WilburRoss）身價接近30億美元，他若擔任商務部長，將代表美國海內、外企業利益。羅斯職掌下的商務部將和其他部門一樣，將力拚實現川普政府保護美國勞工的目標，同時挑戰數十年來大多嘉惠跨國企業的全球化。
78歲的羅斯在距離川普位於佛州馬阿拉歌（Mar-a-Lago）俱樂部不遠處有間房產，他曾扮演制定和推展川普減稅和基礎建設計畫的角色。
